I do just about everything in mine except pasta, things with sauce or eggs.

steak, pork loin, chicken breasts and thighs, turkey burgers and most importantly, bacon.

try vegetarian lasagne, roasted radishes (and any other veg you like), rice paper pockets (I usually fill mine with mix of fried tofu and veg), roasted chickpeas for snack...
As someone said, anything you would make in the oven..
