Waitrose cod and chorizo fishcake; Rana spinach and mozzarella gnocchi; samphire; and fresh green beans and courgette from my parents' garden. My boyfriend and I walked 5.5 miles and were really hungry by 6pm. This meal was delicious and we made it extra tasty by adding garlic granules to the samphire and green beans! 😋
