I don't know why but I am up almost 1 kg. Maybe my body is retaining more water.

Yes. Water, it has to be. I gave up adding salt while cooking. I sprinkle some later on like it is supposed to be so as to not destroy its nutrient quality, namely, iodine. That is why it is called table-salt! This reduces the amount, significantly.

I am down to 57.5kg. It was water weight. I lost it in a day by just eating fruits and avoiding salt completely.

@ambikeshwar I weight train 4 days, 2 days HIIT and 1 day rest. For diet I ate pulses, nuts, dairy, veggies and fruits
