Went way over in my allotted calories at dinner and snacking after 😐 usually this would lead to a binge eating night full of guilt. Trying to consciously hangs course, making an herbal tea and gonna watch for negative self-talk to creep in. Tomorrow is a new day.

Thanks chowsr123 it’s amazing what a little insight can do to prevent going completely off track! Starting out my morning with setting some intentions for the day :)
