I checked my weight today but now change i know i haven't been very active i was exercising and eating healthy within my calories but not walking my steps so i know my mistake,BUT not giving up because 2 days ago I was clothes shopping and i i bought a large t shirt and i was really thinking it'll be tight but it was loose 😁 so happy so i went from size 18-20 to 14-16 in almost 3 months 💪 so happy
