9st 4 (half OFF at WW Wed - there's just no sense!) 2lb on today is not unexpected, I've been so off the rails lately. Having Bertolli buttery in the house is not good for me and a mistake I won't make again! I've worked extra hours this week so haven't been able to swim at all, but I have tried to keep up mostly with my fitbit targets and my bounts #couchto50k prep. This weekend both my girls are away on separate holidays for the week, which will be hard, I'll miss them a lot so comfort eating is a risk there. Then it's our 20th wedding anniversary Wednesday, we're away for the night, more food! Then next week camper holiday with my youngest daughter, a known (tho obviously much beloved!) saboteur! But I'm under target so I shouldn't fret, just need to be good where I can I guess, and keep up the activity :-)
