Tomorrow will be workout rotation 4.5. Time to start pushing progression further. I've gotten quite comfortable with some of the weights I'm at right now hitting max rep ranges. Time to push further!
I hope my slightly reduced caloric intake can keep up. Brining the carbs down, and increasing protein with a slight increase in healthy fats. Gonna need to watch how my digestion takes the increased protein as I was getting upset stomachs previously - though after further research I think it may have been the banana and liquids together.
Let's see how this goes. If it goes well, we will stick to it for 8-12 weeks. Progress pics start tomorrow.

Tell me more about these “rotations”. Are you rotating complete exercises, or just rep ranges, or something different? Just curious…

For sure! Most if not almost all workout routines include a rest day. As there are many times I decide to forego the rest days based on how I'm recovering, rather than a 7 day week, it becomes a 6 or 5 day workout week. So I go by "rotations" or "cycles" to measure a completed "week". Easier for me to keep track of how many times I've completed the "week".

Ahh. I see. Makes sense. More sense than doing a semi-intensity workout when you’re sore or tired just because it’s Wednesday. 😎
