Bulking muscle nicely now, improvements in my arms are noticeable. I was going to work my back and chest last night, but my arms begged for training. So I gave it to them. Excelled in every exercise, getting more reps or stepping up in weight. Give these puppies a couple days of rest, and I think I'll be even bigger.
