Does anyone have some good ideas for 500 calories diners? Please share your recipes/ideas. I’m bored of my menu🥲

I made a 16 stuffed peppers and froze two at a time. I just did a quick calculate on calories and it worked out to be 340 cals for two stuffed peppers. Now I have a quick already made meal just defrost and heat. This meal prepping is becoming a favorite of mine. And it helps control what you eat because you set it up already.
