Really didn't eat that much yesterday. For lunch had a hard boiled egg and a small chili from Wendy's. Dinner was 3 hard boiled eggs. Finished off the night with the tablespoon of peanut butter and a half glass of milk. Plus started off the day with a bowl of plain oatmeal.
My actual weight was 194.4 but I didn't trust the scale and came back and redid with clothes on for this 195.5.
