I have been real busy with rehab for my back. The doc says I'm doing very good, it's just going to take some time. I can stick with my walking and that's all I can do at this time. I have been staying under my calorie count and doing all I can as far as exercise goes. He says all I can do is walk at this time and we will see if I can add more in 2 months.
