No weight loss this weekend. I walked about 13,000 steps per day and did the eliptical one of those nights, but scale didn't budge. It was probably those two pieces of pizza I ate yesterday for lunch. Sigh...this is why I don't indulge. I swear, it takes me a whole week of fasting to overcome one lunch. Ugh.

Just keep up the hard work it wasn't the pizza not two slices unless they were the size of the pizza pan, lol some times when we think we should lose it don't happen and other when we think damn I know I gained we lose so just go with knowing you did the right things that is all that matters :)

It's also possible that some water weight is masking fat loss, but either way, you've been making awesome progress so far, and at least it didn't go up!

I have the same problems, one meal seems to throw me into a tail spin. I think I need to just resolve myself to the fact that I cannot indulge like others can... You are strengthening your muscles and that is a good thing! Just because the scale doesn't move doesn't mean you haven't been successful. :)
