I have been starving all day with a hormonal hunger that only a burger and fries can satiate. 😭 I stayed within my “safe food” restrictions and only went up to 1600 calories. That’s a lot more than I usually eat, so I still feel like a pig though.

Lol I know the feeling. What helped me a ton was eating "healthier versions" of my cravings, and also made sure the portions were smaller so when I did have a cheat day, it wasn't that bad. Then I started looking for new and healthy snacks (like celery, carrots, hummus etc...) to replace my bad snacks. This helps me stay consistent with my diet.

You are still in a deficit with 1600 I beat myself all the time with that but then the next day it’s different. In moderation I believe you can do anything with this life of eating . Foods can be enjoyed that you like and just don’t eat it all!

I know the feeling. To be honest, I find that sometimes food that is bad for me tastes a lot better than healthy food.
