Supergainz1 inspired me to do something with chicken gizzards, so I marinated them for a couple days, ran them through the food processor with some banana peppers and an onion, then cooked them with baby carrots and riced cauliflower.

Lol how’s it taste? I find that marinating it then letting it simmer on a non stick pan covered cake out really good

It tasted like street taco meat. Made me wish I had some cilantro and corn tortillas. That’s probably what I’ll do with it next time, and not tell my kids what it is!
