Supergainz1 inspired me to do something with chicken gizzards, so I marinated them for a couple days, ran them through the food processor with some banana peppers and an onion, then cooked them with baby carrots and riced cauliflower.

It tasted like street taco meat. Made me wish I had some cilantro and corn tortillas. That’s probably what I’ll do with it next time, and not tell my kids what it is!
