Had a good workout last night, my first real shoulder work in MONTHS. I still have some minor pain and stiffness, but the fact I was able to do lateral raises and rear delt raises excites me, I was really getting some good shoulder mass going on when just a freak incident hurt my left shoulder. Looking forward to getting that muscle back in short order.
