Feeling good today. 160. Down 35 lbs. the number is still not real to me but I know it is coming. I haven't been this weight since 2006. Wow. This is crazy !!! Have a great week everyone. Cheers !!!!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
