Very discouraging. I’ve been at my calorie goal daily for the past week with the exception of one day, but that day I also had much more exercise than normal. I’ve been drinking more water and not snacking. I feel like I’m getting nowhere.

when this happens to me I switch to more nutrient dense foods and it gets me back on track. quality matters much more than quantity. as my nutritionist always says "dont expect to lose weight eating cake and cookies instead of veggies" we are here to support you! you can do it!

How often are you weighing in? Sometime when we only check in once per week we catch the “blip” that naturally happens. A suggestion, if you are interested: weigh yourself at least once every three days, first thing in the morning, before food/drink, after bathroom. Take the average of the past 10 weigh ins as your current number. This will give you the weight trend with the “blips” dampened out. It seems to work well for some people who are “triggered” by fluctuations. 😎
