Just maintaining ... Slowly turning muscle to flab. Losing some muscle by purposeful intent in order to then lose at least another 10 pounds. I am content with my form at this time (still a size 10) and my healthier food plan ensures that I meet my macros and have the energy I need for daily activity💯🌟🌟🌟
