I had a big breakfast... ribeye, eggs & cheese (which is unusual for me, I normally skip it). I haven't been hungry the rest of the day, so I haven't forced it. I haven't worked up to any "real exercise" yet, but I am definitely getting in more movement. Some leisure walks, carrying in all of the groceries by myself, taking care of the animals instead of my son doing it, working on the pool instead of the hubby doing it, spring cleaning, etc... Baby steps... Hope everyone is having a good day! 🙂
