I'm going to go on vacation for 10 days starting this Friday the 17th. I don't plan to record my calories or exercise, mostly because I'll have little to no internet access. I'll be doing a lot of work on this vacation, truthfully, so I probably won't need much in the way of controlled exercises or routines. Food should be pretty okay, too, no fast food or traditional crappy camping food.
That's also one of the reasons I haven't been recording lately. I've been so busy getting things together, getting the car checked out to make sure it's all okay for the 12 hour drive, and we had a lot of friends want to hang out and do stuff ALL this weekend. I'm exhausted. I think tomorrow and Thursday will be the only days this week I'll actually have time to work out.
But it should be fun anyway, even with all the work and labor I'll be doing. It'll be worth it. ^_^
