Various factors could cause the dizziness or nausea or other uncomfortable feelings. Blood sugar level could be one of them and also things like dehydration, fatigue, hunger, etc. Sometimes it's best to stop your workout when such feelings present themself and figure out what's the cause. Some people need to have a meal before working out and some people push too hard in their workout so take it down a notch or two and see if you can manage. Always get some rest time between sets and routines.
