Last day of low calorie before P3.
I'll probably stay relatively safe for a couple days into the week before going full out P3 without worrying about calories. Got a great salmon recipe for sometimes this week. Then I'll head out to my dad's for about a week or so before I come home to get my hair done! So excited.... Still need to bleach my roots...
122.8 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 63.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
