For the first time, yesterday, I went over my RDI. 101% We joined my daughter, her husband, and another couple, for a pint. I had left enough for one pint, but the company was good and one led to three. Add to that a bag of Quavers when I got home, and I was over. I will adjust my totals, on Tuesday, to get back on an even keel. It is easy to go over when you go out.
