Well i started a liquid diet on Tuesday 7.26.11. I will try to see if i can go to either 8.7.11 or 8.14.11. due to i will try to do a cookie diet for 5 days. hopefully i can go to 8.14.11 i think is my main goal. i need to order more 48 hour; i just really need to lose my weight and be happy.
