Glad to have stayed on course with the weight loss.
Menningarnótt last Saturday - great day but waffles and eating out and beer and wine :-O
Sunday - ate all the right foods but too much of them (post-Saturday cravings)
Monday - picking up our new shelves - lunch at Gló - again, excellent healthy ingredients but probably a bit calorific...
96.6 kg Lost so far: 26.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
