Wow, these have been some "heavy" two weeks since my last weigh in.
We had graduation party, leftovers, family visit, some more leftovers, and then i hurt my back and could not exercise the past 3 days.
The good news is that party time is over ( for now ). The bread news is that i am not certain I can go for a run tomorrow due to my back still hurting.
So what's a man got to do now. Stop eating the leftovers which are still left over, get back on eating more greens and drinking water instead of wine 🍷
aaaand as soon as possible get back on the trails.
Hey, at least I have a new goal, which is my old goal 😀 160lb ...
