Again a start over. No shame. Just a new start. I’m in week 5 of aqua cardio. 3-4x weekly, for 30 min. Strength buoys with HIIT for upping the heart rate. Today marks water, and recording meals. Argg I forgot how many times I need to run to pee… Healthier is worth it. When I lost almost 100lbs, it was easier to walk… breathe, energy was better. Sleep was better. Spacing out me eating had really helped. I had 5 small meals. Really 3 meals with an applesauce cup in between. Lots of water each time I ate. The water is key from what I remember.
Mondays are rough at the pool.. you gotta get to the pool 10 minutes before they open to ensure I get a lane…. Cheers.
