ok ... so I lost 31.8kg so far and 13.2kg to go ...

Time to think of my strategy to maintain my weight after reaching my goal weight!? The previous time (21 years back) I lost about the same and was only able to maintain my weight for 5 years. What I have in mind or what makes sense to me is:

1. Not going back to your previous eating habits
2. Healthy food
3. Some sort of higher calorie intake .. Have to find the number
4. One pig out / let loose weekend a month
5. Some sort of regular physical activity

Any suggestions and stuff you do or did that work?

keeping lean for 5 years is no joke! and well done for doing it all again. here's what's worked for me: not stopping calorie/macro tracking - even when letting loose. the once a month thing you mentioned is definitely a good idea and doable - I've been doing it for 3 years. find an exercise/sport you like and set long term goals to try get better at it. The literature tends to suggests a combination of strength and cardio is best.

ab123@ ... Thx for that. At the moment, and like the previous time, I am and was so focussed on food and what I eat! I think in the beginning I'll: 1. Count the calories until I find the correct number to maintain 2. Weigh weekly, like now, to monitor But then .. 1. Think I'll estimate and eat healthy and moderate portions 2. Weigh monthly Don't want food and weight to occupy and rule my life!!! 😳🥴👍

Agreed. I tend to advocate tracking calories until you learn your portion sizes, then monitoring every now and then. A sport or some kind of training is always a good idea, as it keeps you connected to the goal as well as overall health and wellness benefits.
