Yesterday I started implementing the Siesta Beach HCG Lifestyle so I can work out (because I honestly love working out.) .2 gain as yesterday I was 272.9. I don’t know what tomorrow will bring but this is an experiment. New month so loss clock starts over, goal for July 31 is 257lbs. (-16lbs)
I’m already noticing a difference in the mirror, my stomach is basically looking kind of deflated. Next Monday I’ll take a new body pic to compare the 10lbs I’ve lost… I think it’s actually like 5-6lbs from the last picture, so I might wait until there’s 10lbs difference. I’ve lost 10lbs from load weight (283.5), but I didn’t take a picture until a few days after I started (278). So I’ll do that, take another pic at 268, probably Monday but who knows. I’m going to shoot for 5lbs a week. Just because I like increments of 5, and 4lbs a week sounds strange to me - haha. So hopefully goals will be met every Monday.
I figure when I get this weight off I’ll be a beast, especially my thighs, since I’ve been carrying around 200lbs for the past 10ish years. I just wish my skin would bounce back. I’m looking at like $28,000 for skin removal surgery when I get to the end of my journey. :/
