Had an oops moment yesterday! went shopping for mom and myself for some meals and kinda went overboard with a pint of Ben and Jerry's and some unsalted mini pretzels :P But that's okay! i'm back at it today. it was good while it happened, but the feeling i have right now with my messed up hunger levels was deffo not worth it haha.
tonight i'm going to try my hand at making stuffed chicken breast :) i got some sun dried tomatoes, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and possibly some mushrooms as well! if not i'll be sauteing them and adding them to the sauce. gonna pair that with some brown rice and maybe some broccoli or green beans :)
