"There are no bad days" - I joined FS in September 2021 after changing my food plan to combat Mast Cell Activation Syndrome while losing weight for my health ... I Was sick enough to die. My husband passed in August 2021 ... Another huge life change for me...then in January 2022 I survived Co-Vid ...still determined to stick to my food plan while utilizing all of the new information I was learning regarding the body while maintaining my macro levels ... This life is a battle hard won ...
