Doing well...feeling healthy, getting lots of rest, exercise level low due to recuperation from recent knee injury...still making the better food choice when possible and moderation with portions and staying with regular daily meal times without exception...no snacks between meals. Ensuring liquid intake is adequate and taken with meals. Making the healthiest choices possible like Sprouted wheat sunflower seed bread as a choice over sliced white bread or choosing light rye crisp over any yeast bread. Still allowing myself the occasional icecream or cookie or dessert treat. Life is all about choices.
63.9 kg Lost so far: 31.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
