Just as you wouldn’t try to eat soup w/ a fork – choose your tools carefully! Learning from the ‘mistakes’ of others, or gleaning from their successes… is one of the most valuable tools I have discovered in my journey.

I was looking through some old articles I saved to my computer, and these tips came from a trainer I highly respect. These are not mine… but they became MINE! I am sure there are others, and if you have some of your own, feel free to include them.

Much Love!

As always, thanks Paula, the above ideas are great. I am going to print them off - some of them are very relevant. I had an honest day yesterday, recorded everything, and had an acceptable carb level. I try not to use 'good' and 'bad' - its only food and some of it is better choices. Thanks for the help and support. It has really helped. Accountability to others - right - (as well as to myself of course, but I can con myself real easy!)

Yeah, me too, Issy - if I let myself go there! I try not to... Glad you could benefit from some of them. Try to look at your own habits and see if you can determine a mistake - then find the success portion of it's opposite in something someone else is doing!!! Then make changes. Change. Change. Change... change is good! Much Love.

Hi Paula being accountable - had another great day. Evening of course is my nemesis but I got a plan and I've got carbs and calories left. See you in the morning.
