i went to the el torito brunch buffet today :( i was not good, but i did realize that I am not eating as much as before. i had three tacos, some salad, menudo, flan, corn cake, rice, and a diet pepsi. the old me would have had twice as much!!

It was my only meal of the day because I ate around 1pm, (i came home at 4am, woke up at 8am). I was so sleepy and lazy after we ate, and had a feeling that I was probably going to be lazy all day, but then I went swimming for two hours, came home and then slept. I did a lot of laps in the pool, so im pretty sure i burned it off.

Im working a lot of overtime, so ive taken a break from the trainer lady classes i go to. I am not feeling it anymore. She has helped me tone up, but i feel like it is time to move on and do it on my own. ive always refused to join a gym, but lately ive been thinking about. i would like to use their pool. i love swimming. but i dont know if it will be worth it, and if ill actually go. i love to walk and have been going with my sis or friends, but i wondert if we will keep it up once it starts getting cold.


im going hiking again tomorrow, so that should be a really good workout!

Grisel and I went to El Torito yesterday too! Never tried their brunch, but I bet it is amazing. Sounds delish!!! :) Well you definitely burned tons of calories swimming. :) You can be like Michael Phelps!

I'm glad you're sticking to being active. And with the food, just try to listen to your body and stop eating when you're full. You can do this!!!
