Decided to try running in the evening instead of smack in the middle of the hot ass day. Holy shnikees! What a difference. Went 4.5 miles in record time, and only stopped to walk cause my stupid arse was on a back road with no light. Looks like I need to figure out a way to run in mornings or evenings...that 90 plus degree running SUCKS in comparison!!
