This was sooooo delicious! It's out of the book "thyroid healing (Page 208), from MM, if you got it. But instead of the garlic aioli, I added the ranch dressing. I'm currently trying to empty my fridge and wanted to get rid of the zucchini (which is the main ingredient of the ranch dressing). This whole meal has hardly any fats, just some avocado, cashews and a little bit of olive oil. Good to manintain weight and to stay healthy 👌💛 And yes, it's a lot to eat but only veggies, veggies and veggies 🤗🥰
