So I started to exercise more because my weight went back up. The motivation was low and I was eating bad. I'm trying, not back there fully but if I can get even 15 minutes on my elliptical, then I'm happy.
114.1 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 32.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

You've gotta start somewhere and 15 minutes is better than 0 minutes. You'll get there. :-)

Thanks Jamaica. I used to try for 30 - 45 mins of excercise and if I realise that I won't get to do that, I just wouldn't bother to even try. That's the mistake I was making. So I'm going to try this.
