Never had them before, not sure were I could get them.

@Livin_Breezy - I combine 1 can of salmon, 1 TSP sour cream, 1 egg, 1/4 cup oats or breadcrumbs, 1 tsp hot sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp parsley, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp minced onion, salt and pepper. Fry about 3 minutes each side.

Thanks. Mayo isn't on my food list these days. Sour Cream, heck YES !!! (with a healthy dose of cinnamon, right 😆)
