Okay...let me paint a picture for you. Imagine you are riding a roller-coaster. Now imagine you are riding up the 360 degree loop. You haven't quite reached the top of that loop (weight gain) but you see in your horizon that you are near it. Once your hit that top it will be all downhill (weight loss) from there as you continue your ride on the roller-coaster until you reach the corkscrew further along the ride with smaller twisty ups, downs, sideways and everything in between. It will be awhile yet before your ride is over but when you do reach your end you will be looking back & you will be saying HELL YEAH!! I DID IT!!!!
