One week in the U.S., a 10 hour flight and I'm massively swollen. I can barely get in my shoes... So no real surprise with this weigh in. Feels good to be home and plan to have a few days of back to basics. Going to do a light egg fast till Tom passes and my weight goes back down again. The crappy thing is that I have to travel again in a couple of days. Hating how I'm feeling right now.
