Down another lb this week. I've been shaking it up with using my wii. My knees are complaining a bit so I'm not pushing myself. Or at least I'm trying not to:)
It's 8:30 am and it's a cool but sunny 65 degrees. It looks like it'll be nice the rest of the week (crossing fingers). I've just put a batch of turkey parts on to cook. Planning on a nice turkey soup sometime this weekend. Dang, I'm outta carrots and mushrooms though. Oh well. I need to doctor my eyes and get with the program!

@Lisa, THANKS and you're are SO welcome. It can be a real challenge finding relatively more natural recipes that are lower in carbs. Lol, maybe you're right about Solace. Maybe she is picking up some of my energy (smiles). The weather has been so beautiful lately!
