Well now...I'm a little surprised by that drop. Didn't think I'd see this side of the 30's for another 2 weeks or so. I had to weigh myself 3 times to make sure too. Whatever I'm doing is working so as my Dad used to say "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I think I will keep doing whatever it is I'm doing ;)
