4/4: Fasting blood sugar is 6.1 mmol/L
Was able to do some grocery shopping yesterday and now lunching on a couple of my favourite items...full fat cottage cheese and liver pate. Been busy watching you tube video's on keto/carnivore cooking items so I made try one or two later depending on how I'm feeling.
