ran another 4km today, my cardio is lacking big time, it took me 31mins. could be the lack of carbs or that I haven't ran in eons. I felt terrible waking up this morning but less than 10g carbs and some fats kept me in ketogenic state and feeling better. overall great energy for a carb and calorie deficit.
