The only downfall I have with this app is that it is very hard to record home-made meals like soups n such in that I don't measure the ingredients that go in. The only thing I can ensure is that I am using low-carb/keto friendly ingredients although yesterday I didn't even use olive oil in my searing of some ingredients; I used bacon fat & lard. I even went so far to not use the chopped garlic in the fridge (has soybean oil in it) and stuck with fresh. Hmmm...okay, well I'm not going to fret about it. My blood sugar tells me that I'm still doing okay & that's the main thing for me.
