Greetings all!!! Well it's a cloudy, rainy day here but that's OK. Another 1.5 lbs of fat has left my body. Slowly but surely I am approaching my next goal of betting below 200 lbs. This is just unimaginable but wonderful. I hope everyone id doing well in their endeavors. If not, just persevere. I too have had my setbacks during my journey, but have never lost hope.
