They said my vegetable intake is perfect! I thought I wouldn't ever hear that haha. I need to up my protein, dairy and grains and lower my fruit. And I have to eat more, which is ironic since I want the weight gone.
But since I am like really active (gym 4 days a week, walking constantly, dancing etc) I need to keep my body fueled. I am also to drink 4L of water each day I'm gymming it especially because I go into steam rooms and saunas and lose water that way. I'm glad I went I've learned a lot about where I was going wrong.
On the other hand it's kinda hard adapting since I freak when I eat too much according to me... And I also eat lots of fruit because I use it as my substitute to any sweets or junk food if I get the munchies.
