Off for a long hike with BFF today. We've hiked this the past two years and it's a good one. Takes approx 5 hours. We are riding chair lifts up a ski resort mountain and then hiking down. The hard part is the terrain - plus we follow the disc golf course which makes you hike up and down, back and forth. Should be a great day!! Taking along some healthy snacks for lunch and plenty of water and sunscreen.

Who hoo! My Up24 band says I burned 1878 calories during the hike! 8.44 miles. However, fatsecret says I burned 3948. I'm even happy going with the lower one.
