I'm dropping some of that water retention weight from flying and plane food. yesterday, the detox menu was tomato soup for lunch, a slice of spelt and honey seed bread with some cheese and honey, and two beef burger patties and a big green salad. Stood on the scale and it read 1kg drop from yesterday morning. More of the same today. tomato soup & a spelt and honey cheese sandwich for lunch, mince with veggies and brown rice for dinner, banana for a snack.
