Agreed. I always do a morning weight in within 10/15mins of waking up. Keep it consistent.

I weigh myself every morning after I use the bathroom, haha. Before I eat or drink anything. I also do it naked 😝 I don't need to weigh my pajamas, haha.

Me too! Always need to see the lightest weight possible to motivate myself before starting my day 😁

This is what I do: first thing every morning (well, most anyway) after I go to the bathroom, before I consume anything or get dressed. That being said, I don’t focus on the specific number, because there are too many factors that can alter the day to day numbers. Rather I focus on the trend. Many apps will give you this if you don’t want to figure it out for yourself. I personally like Trendweight (website) or Happy Scale (app) If you want to calculate yourself take the average of the past week, or the past two weeks as your current number. Log these numbers every three days. This is your “Trend Line”. Some people only weigh in once per week. The trouble with this is it can make it very difficult to judge progress. For example: If you happen to have a little extra salt the day before and retain a little more water, you may see an increase in weight on that day and think you’ve either not made progress, or regressed. Had you been tracking every few days, you may see it was just a “blip” and you are actually still making progress. Whatever you decide to go with, best of luck with your goals 😎
